A wonderful discussion between purchasing and product department

This morning, we are having a meetig for discussion about how to improve the quality and service between purchasing department and product department.
Now we can produce various memorials and stone carvings around 50 containers monthly. And we have two own factories to produce these memorials and carvings for our customers.
We want to make the customers more satisfied with our memorials and carvings, so we are having a discussion about how to offer the full service for our customers including pre-sale and after-sale.
On the pre-sale, the purchasing department will select the best quality material made into memorials and carvings for our customers strictly. And product department will produce best quality memorials and carvings according to the feedbacks received from our customers.
